Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name and reference number) and sent to WIMF Conference Secretariat
In case of cancellation: On or before 31st December 2018 you will receive a refund of 50% of your registration fee less bank charges and administrative fee. No refund will be made for cancellation received after 31st December 2018
